The links that are around the website are just some links that I visit a lot that I thought would be nice to have on the site. If you have any others that you would like up on there, or have any ideas at all for the site, I'm all ears, just shoot me a tell in game or a message on the forums. |

I have added a new module to the website called Guild Roster, it pulls information directly from the Armory about all the people in the guild. It doesn't seem to fully work however because it gets people talent build wrong as well as their jobs and all that fun extra stuff. So for now, until there's an update I have it just showing basic info such as Name, class, race etc. |

Welcome to the new Dark Riders website. We are now using the latest version of some software called Joomla! which is a conent management system. In short this means we can add/edit news, links, articles, etc much easier than before. It will also mean that more people can post news such as boss kills, along with screenshots. Joomla also allows for "components" which mean we can add entire sections to the site, without much hassle, so are a guild roster page that pulls from the XML file of the guild page in the armory. It also means DKP (or whatever system we use) will be easy to manage as there are components that deal with DKP and the like. Finally it allows for much easier theme or template changes, which should lets us have some fun with changing the look of the website. That's all for now! -Riathamus |
